• Quotes are exclusive of VAT unless specifically stated.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specifically stated.
  • Standard lead time is between 5-10 working days from sample sign off.
  • Express Service is subject to an express fee and is dependant on availability.
  • All embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches required so the more specific you can be with artwork and dimensions the more accurate we can be when providing a quote.
  • Delivery is charged at an extra cost, we use City-Link Couriers and Royal Mail for overnight delivery. All deliveries are scheduled with a 3rd party company and whilst every effort is made to deliver on time any delivery date specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.
  • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
  • Returns & cancellations: Items with custom embroidery or print cannot be returned unless there is a fault in either the garment we have supplied or the application of decorations. We supply scans and photographs for you to confirm accuracy, quality and positioning of any print or embroidery. Sign off is required by the customer before we proceed and is taken as acceptance of these conditions. Please note London Merchandise do not take any responsibility for client’s own garments including any damage caused to or any mistake that may happen by operator error while on our machines.
